1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, improve performance, and provide information to website owners.

2. Cookies We Use

We use the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary: Session cookies required for platform login and authentication (managed by Supabase). These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics: Anonymised usage data to understand how visitors interact with the site (Vercel Web Analytics). It sets no cookies and stores no personal data.
• Business visitor insights: On our public pages, Apollo.io uses cookies and your IP address to identify the company you may be visiting from, so we can understand which businesses are interested in our service. It only runs if you choose "Accept all" on our cookie banner, and is not used inside the platform.
• Payment: Cookies set by Stripe during the checkout process to prevent fraud and process payments securely.

3. Managing Cookies

When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow the business visitor insight cookies. Choosing “Accept all” is remembered for six months; choosing “Essential only” lasts until you close the tab. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page. You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from accessing your platform account. Business visitor insight and payment cookies can be declined without affecting general site browsing.
