Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FitOutLeads website and subscription platform. By accessing our website or activating a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

FitOutLeads is a trading name registered in England and Wales.

FitOutLeads provides commercially qualified fit-out lead intelligence to UK-based fit-out contractors. This includes:

• Monthly delivery of CAST-qualified commercial fit-out opportunities via a secure platform
• Access to project context and key contacts where available
• Regional segmentation of leads based on the subscriber's chosen region

All subscriptions operate on a 180-day minimum commitment period. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged monthly for the duration of the 180-day period
• Cancellation requests received during an active period take effect at the end of that period — not immediately
• Region changes requested during an active period take effect at the start of the next billing period
• No refunds are issued for any portion of an active subscription period
• Failure to use the platform does not constitute grounds for early termination or refund

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, be a director or authorised representative of a UK-registered business, and have the authority to enter into a commercial agreement on behalf of that business.

When using the FitOutLeads platform, you agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with any third party
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense lead data received through the platform
• Use the platform or lead data for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written consent

FitOutLeads provides commercially qualified intelligence based on publicly available signals and human research. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a won project, a meeting, or a response. Lead quality is assessed using the CAST methodology at the time of research; project status may change after delivery.

All content delivered through the FitOutLeads platform, including lead data, project briefs, and platform software, is the property of FitOutLeads or its licensors. Lead data delivered is licensed for the subscriber's internal business use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitOutLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the six months preceding any claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
